However, I would recommend using unsweetened almond milk if you are looking for a more creamy taste. I used 1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology, 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/2 cup of ice. I also added 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk. I’m officially done with T25 (at least round 1 of T25)!! This program has been a game changer for me in so many ways. When I started T25 I thought I was in decent shape.
