    Apple Pie Shake

    I’m sitting here drinking my apple pie shake for breakfast. Dessert for breakfast?! Don’t mind if I do! I made this recipe using water per the instructions from Teambeachbody. However, I would recommend using unsweetened almond milk if you are looking for a more creamy taste. I used 1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology, 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/2 cup of ice. I also added 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.     T25 Final Results: Nailed it!

    I’m officially done with T25 (at least round 1 of T25)!! This program has been a game changer for me in so many ways. When I started T25 I thought I was in decent shape. I would run a couple of days a week and occasionally go to the gym. I started my first day of T25 with cardio and busted through it. I really thought I nailed it (and I did).
