If possible, you have to try and plan out your family meals ahead. You can then make sure that your family have healthy snacks to eat between meals, so you can avoid everyone binging on chocolate and sweets before every meal. Change the Way you Cook

Poaching, grilling, and baking are all better than frying. Do not use butter to baste your meat either, try and baste it with vegetable broth, white wine or even orange juice.
