I’m sitting here drinking my apple pie shake for breakfast. Dessert for breakfast?! Don’t mind if I do! I made this recipe using water per the instructions from Teambeachbody. However, I would recommend using unsweetened almond milk if you are looking for a more creamy taste. I used 1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology, 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/2 cup of ice. I also added 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
