    Healthy Living Week 1

    This year I’ve decided to make some major lifestyle changes in an attempt to live a cleaner, healthier lifestyle. I’ve decided not to do resolutions, since resolutions are normally doomed to fail. Instead I’ve decided to just build off of things that I had already started doing last year.
