    From Strength Training to Stretch Training

    I’m switching gears in my health and fitness journey. Over the past 3 months, I have done a combination of Master’s Hammer and Chisel (which is a pretty hard core strength training program) and half marathon training.     November Knoxville Area Race Line Up

    November is right around the corner. There are a lot of fun races coming up in November. Don’t let the cooling weather slow you down! Pick out one (or more!) of these races and go for it! Foothills Half Marathon Finally, a half marathon race on the Alcoa-Maryville Greenway! It’s East Tennessee, so it’s not totally flat, but with 90% of the race on the greenway, it’s just about as flat as possible for this region.
