I’m in week 2 of 3 Week Yoga Retreat and I’m having mixed feelings about this program. I started this program when I did because I am at the tail end of my half marathon training and decided I needed a more low-key program to balance out my long runs. I’m switching gears in my health and fitness journey. Over the past 3 months, I have done a combination of Master’s Hammer and Chisel (which is a pretty hard core strength training program) and half marathon training. I realized last month that I signed up for a half marathon that will be on October 23rd, but I haven’t done any training. So I had to get my butt in gear.
