I’m back in the game with healthy living. This will start with healthy eating and working out. As it turns out clean eating isn’t exactly clean. Sometimes you have to get a little dirty in the kitchen to get those yummy clean meals. We just had a first and cooked our first whole chicken in the crock pot. I wasn’t exactly thrilled with the idea of squeezing the chicken out of the bag to prep it. Luckily my amazing husband volunteered to prep the chicken for my while I documented the process.
Here are the meals I have planned out for the week. I was able to spend $100 for this meal plan this week for my family of 4. Who says healthy living is expensive?! Want more tips or an accountability partner to help get fit and healthy? Leave me a comment and follow my journey!
