Time to get healthy for me.. I went back to work out of the home lately and I’m having trouble balancing things and working out.
I will definitely be making changes for the New Year. Not only do I need to but it is becoming important for me to teach my children proper ways to eat and exercise.
I love this and I know plenty of women…and men who could use to do it! I’ll be sharing!!!
I actually started implementing these types of goals several months ago! I signed up for the local gym and I go for over an hour every other day, and find physical activities to do every day. I cut out soda from my diet a long time ago (it’s so nasty!!!), and except for rare occasions, stay away from the majority of junk foods, too! These are great goals for everyone to try to live by. Thanks for sharing!
Adding in 30 minutes of workout is in my game plan this year
