Mindful Monday
This will be a short, but important post. At least I think it’s important. Last week I went through one of the hardest weeks of my life. I endured emotions like you wouldn’t believe. What started out as the worst week ever for me ended on a fairly positive note. So what did I do to turn things around? I took control of my mind and body. I lived in the moment, moment by moment and did the things that I knew would help me keep moving. I kept moving. I didn’t let circumstances hold me down. I took note of the things that lifted my mood and did those things as often as possible.
Today is a new day and we are in a new week. What are you doing right now to stay in the moment and bring happiness to yourself? How are you keeping yourself mindful?
