I’m getting ready to dig into a new program that is going to challenge me in ways that I truly need it. I’ve had the working out routine down to a science for quite some time now, but I still struggle with my eating. I’m a sugar addict and I love me some beer. Starting February 23rd I’m about to kick my eating habits into shape to match my workout habits and I can’t wait to see my results both physically and mentally!
21 Day Fix Extreme is a brand new program that just came out 2 weeks ago. It is the sequel to the original 21 Day Fix that has changed so many peoples lives. Fix Extreme, just like the original 21 Day Fix with include 30 minute workouts, portion control containers and a meal planning guide. The difference is that unlike the original 21 Day Fix, there are no cheat days, no wine, no chocolate and much harder workouts.
Who will this program be good for?
- People who have gone through 21 Day Fix and are looking to really push for more results
- People who have intermediate to advanced fitness levels
- People who are looking to really kick their healthy eating into high gear
What if you are just getting started in health and fitness?
If you are just getting started in health and fitness I would recommend starting with the original 21 Day Fix. This program will give you a chance to get to know the portion control containers and get a grip on what you should and shouldn’t be eating. And all of the workouts have modifiers that are perfect for beginners. This is a program that anyone can do!
So who is ready to do a 21 day challenge with me?! If you join this challenge with me, whether it’s with the original or extreme program you will have my support and I will be cheering you on the entire way. Failure is not an option with this program and you WILL see results! When you order your challenge pack send me an email to cyndi@https://momelite.com to be added to my private Facebook challenge group and to be eligible to win some great prizes at the end of our challenge!
I really love the idea of the color coded containers. I need help with portion control and that seems like a fool proof way to do so. Awesome!
