I haven’t written a blog post about my half marathon training lately. Quite frankly it’s because I’ve been WAY off on my schedule. We had to straight weeks of snow and ice and below freezing temperatures. I can deal with running in cold temperatures and I can deal with running in the snow. But running on ice is NOT my idea of a good time. While it was icy out I took some time off from my running and focused on strength training inside.
