Our final destination in Las Vegas left us staying at Planet Hollywood. With this being our 3rd resort in Las Vegas we sort of felt like we were the cast of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. The first stay at Circus, Circus was too rough around the edges. The second stay at Mandalay Bay was a little too posh for our taste. Our third stay at Planet Hollywood was just right for us. We had all of the amenities that we love and really felt like we found our place.
The Room

The room was super comfortable and spacious. This massive queen room had two really comfortable queen beds, a massive bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower and an empty fridge. The fridge may not seem like a big deal. But when you have stayed in a room with a mini bar for a fridge that would cost a fortune to touch, it was nice to have space to put our own supplies.
The Amenities

This resort had a rooftop pool, that again we didn’t get to take advantage of because it was early January and too cold. The rooftop pool when in action offers 2 separate pools each with a pool bar, cabanas and live dj’s. You can also get your surf on at the free-standing wave, the Flowrider.
There is a massive mall on the lower level of Planet Hollywood. My kids had a blast walking around this mall that had over 200 shops, restaurants and a backlit sidewalk water feature. We were able to get all of our souvenirs here at an affordable price.

The location of Planet Hollywood is an amenity in my opinion. It is centrally located in the middle of the strip making it easy to walk to other resorts. We had a view of the Bellagio Fountains from our room. Planet Hollywood is right next door to Paris. And we had a short walk to resorts like Caesar’s Palace and Cosmopolitan.
The Casino

Of all of the casinos we visited Planet Hollywood was the easiest one for me to navigate. I didn’t feel like I was in a maze. And it didn’t take me to get forever from our hotel room to the strip. The cocktail servers were all super nice. And this casino had all of the games and tables you would expect along with bars and bands playing.
Of the 3 resorts we stayed at Planet Hollywood was my favorite. My family agreed that this was their favorite as well. We would definitely consider staying at Planet Hollywood again.
