  4. I actually started implementing these types of goals several months ago! I signed up for the local gym and I go for over an hour every other day, and find physical activities to do every day. I cut out soda from my diet a long time ago (it’s so nasty!!!), and except for rare occasions, stay away from the majority of junk foods, too! These are great goals for everyone to try to live by.
