I’ve got a little tough love for Beachbody. I’m only posting this because I love Beachbody products and love being a coach.
In the past couple of weeks I’ve received a few disturbing comments and emails from my Cize review blog post. As I’m sure most of you know the Cize infomercial has been airing like crazy lately. So naturally people are looking to the internet to see if it’s a legit program and to see real life results. Once people have finally done their research and decide to go for it and order Cize they are being hit with major road blocks when they call in to place their orders.
I’ve heard from multiple people that they have called in only to have to CANCEL their orders because the call center people are super pushy trying to get them to order more and more products. I’ve heard complaints that the call center people talk super fast so the customers don’t even know what products are being pushed on them. The call center people are rushing them through their decisions and giving them very little time to think about what they are ordering. The people who are reaching out to me are fed up.
Listen Beachbody, I love you guys and I love your programs. But knock it the *F* off with the pushy sales!!! Your pushy sales people are driving customers away and giving your company a bad name.
If people want to just get their feet wet by just ordering a program, let them just order the damn program. Stop trying to sell them stuff they aren’t ready for. When the average person is just starting a fitness journey they don’t want to get bombarded and feel like they are getting ripped off by another weight loss program. Come on guys! You all are better than this! Beachbody is not just another weight loss program. Beachbody is a business that truly changes lives! Not get your call center people to be a little more professional and act like it!!
