Falling in Happy With You: 101 Thoughts to Create Happiness From Within

A very sweet friend of mine just released her very first eBook called “Falling in Happy With You: 101 Thoughts to Create Happiness From Within“. When she announced the book was on sale on Amazon I knew I had to buy the book right away. This is a friend who I can always count on to have a positive outlook on life. She is that friend who looks for the good in everyone, especially herself. She knows she has an amazing gift to offer the world and she is doing just that.

I have to tell you all that I LOVE this book! She has done such a great job of breaking down different ways to find happiness within yourself. Some are simple no brainers, while others take a little more thought and work. This book is easy to read and refer back to again and again. I know when I have a rough day I’m going to make sure to refer back to this book. She even offers challenges for you to work on.

Here are just a few of my favorites. If you need more reminders like these you need to BUY THIS BOOK! You won’t regret it!

“The word “diet” has DIE in it. The word “lifestyle has LIFE in it! Stop dieting and start lifestyle changing. Nourish your body and mind to live happily.”

“Every moment spent thinking or speaking negatively about others are moments that could be spent thinking positively about our own lives. Use your moments wisely!”

“People may doubt you, the world may doubt you, family may think you are crazy for wanting to improve yourself. It isn’t your job to prove them wrong. It IS your job to prove yourself right!”

  1. Great book and beautiful cover. Thanks for sharing this. I love your favorite quotes from it too, especially the idea of “Die”t vs “Life”style.
