Easy Way to Get Free Hotel Nights

easy way to get free hotel nights

Our family just discovered a fantastic way to get free hotel nights. I can’t believe we are just now finding out this little secret. This secret is a game changer for us and I can’t wait to travel more. So what is this little secret? Here it is:

Stay at casino resorts!

I can already tell you might have questions about this method. I know I had my own questions and reservations. Especially when it came to taking my kids to a casino resort. So I’ll go ahead and try to answer those questions for you.

How does it work? How do you get free nights?

Before you book your stay at a casino resort, sign up for their free loyalty card. When you sign up for the free royalty card you will be able to book your room either through the website when you are signed in or through their app. Search the calendar for comp nights (they will probably be Sunday-Thursday). Any nights that aren’t listed as comp nights will at least have a discount and you will be able to stay cheaper than you would if you booked through hotels.com or a similar app.

Do you have to gamble?

No!! Don’t think that just because you are staying at a casino you have to gamble. Of course the resort would like for you to spend money in exchange for the free nights. But you can spend money eating at the restaurants, shopping in the shops or getting spa treatments. Just make sure that you hand the clerk your rewards card when you pay for any services at the resort so you will earn more points and more free nights.

Are casino resorts kid friendly?

Absolutely! Most resorts have pools including indoor pools. A lot of them also have activities like arcades, bowling alleys and kid friendly restaurants. The only thing the kids can’t do is hang out in the casino or bars. But that’s a no-brainer.

Which resorts offer rewards programs?

The two big ones that I know of are Caesar’s resorts and MGM resorts. Each set of resorts has their own free rewards programs. MGM has M-life and Caesar’s has Caesar’s Rewards. And there are cities other than Vegas with casino resorts. So far we have stayed in Vegas and Cherokee. We have a trip booked on the Gulf Coast in Biloxi, MS. You can also visit cities like Atlantic City, San Diego, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Reno and Baltimore to name a few.

Are the rooms nice if they are free?

YES!! The rooms that we have stayed in have been fabulous. Much nicer than staying in a cheap $100 per night hotel. Super comfy beds, great views, super nice bathrooms and super secure.

So what are you waiting for? Start saving money on your vacations and look into staying at casino resorts.

SAVING! I didn’t know this was possible! We’re a big family of 8 and haven’t been able to go on a vacay in about 10 years, so this is what I need to do!

  3. What a great tip! I didn’t know it was so easy to get free hotel nights. I have stayed at several casinos before and the rooms have always been really nice.

  5. Nice hack. If anyone wants to avoid a pile of loyalty cards, Price breaker deal in Priceline is worth a try. It won’t give the “Free Nights” but one can get good star hotels pretty cheap.
