As a busy and tired mom I’m always looking for ways to increase my energy. And with my lack of energy comes forgetfulness so I’m always looking for ways to help increase my memory. I saw GungHo advertised as a unique, healthy focus supplement. Unlike energy shots/drinks, GungHo is PROVEN to boost focus, brain energy, memory storage or recall for tired Moms, students or executives:
“Proven focus and brain energy…unlike energy shots that provide short-term energy and no long-term impact on brain energy, GungHoR builds critical neurotransmitters in the brain over time”
— Dr Perry Renshaw, MD, PhD, Former Harvard Professor, Director @ The Brain Institute
Moms say GungHo helps them get through the day (get everything done) with a smile – no crash or jitters…
I decided I needed to try GungHo. I received 3 packets of GungHo. With the packets I was given the following instructions:
Please take the GungHoR Challenge*:
1. Avoid energy drinks / shots or sodas for 3 days (so you don’t crash from them)
2. When you are tired, take a GungHoR instead – convenient tiny liquid packet can take with you anywhere
3. You will note a smooth boost of energy & focus with no jitters or crash
I stopped drinking sodas at the beginning of the year and never drink energy drinks / shots. The only thing I had to do was stop drinking coffee for a little while. I decided to take a week break from coffee before trying GungHo.
The first day I drank GungHo I decided to try it while the kids were at school. I typically tend to get a little more tired and less focused after lunch time so I drank my GungHo after eating lunch. I figured this would be a good time to try it so I’m not drinking it on an empty stomach.
I did notice a pretty dramatic increase in my energy, which was definitely a good thing. The downside, the jitters. For a drink that is advertised for no jitters and Lift mood – beta endorphines or “happy mormones” I experienced jitters stronger than I have with any coffee or any energy drink I’ve ever had. And the jitters caused me to be much more irritable than usual. The reason I was so productive is because anyone I encountered probably cleared away from me to avoid my wrath. Luckily the jitters started to wear off within an hour so I wasn’t a horrible person when I picked the kids up from school.
Now I will give GungHo the benefit of the doubt. This drink may not have the same effect on someone else that it had on me. I just personally couldn’t handle it and will not be trying them again.
If you all want to try GungHo for yourself you have a chance to win 3 free packets.
