The middle of February is about the time of year we all start to slack off on our New Year’s resolutions. I’ve already started to see my gym that was packed in January start to go back to the regulars now that we are in the beginning of February. Every work out has pictures and detailed videos to walk you through every move. They also provide weekly meal plans through Evolution Nutrition based on your nutritional needs. If you are a vegatarian, vegan, gluten-free, or paleo eater, they have plans for you. Every meal plan also includes snacks, recipes, and a shopping list for every week. Included in your BMB membership is access to their private members only Facebook group. You can go to this group for friendship, inspiration, motivation and advice. This is a fun group meant to offer encouragement and support.
